30-day money back guarantee
Our 30-day money back guarantee is applicable to mainland UK only.
If, within 30 days from receipt of the item, the purchaser decides that they wish to return the unit, then the purchaser may request their money back. We endeavour to make this process as stress free as possible.
Three easy steps to your refund:
1. Call our office on 0800 1388 567 or 01623 884 303 and simply state that you require a (no quibble) refund on your product.
2. The operator will take details (name, invoice No or post code) and arrange for a convenient time for us to pick the product up from you.
3. The product will be picked up at your convenience and brought back to ourselves. You will then be refunded within 5 days.
Please note:
All refunds will exclude our delivery and pickup costs of £25. We have found that this is more cost effective and convenient than for the customer to arrange and pay for this themselves. We hope you understand our position on this point.
For the monies to be refunded, the product must have been received by Goldstaff, and found to be in good condition. Where the product is found to be damaged in any way, which is not consistent with the normal use of the product then a refund cannot be given or a part refund will be agreed.
Please note: light boxes need to be returned in its original packaging or equivalent due to possibility of damage within return transit.
Any refunds requested after 30 days from receipt of the product will have to be declined through company policy except in extenuating circumstances or previously agreed arrangements.
Refunds will be sent to the customer's postal address or refunded to their bank account/card (depending on how the initial transaction was completed) within 7 days of receipt of the product.
We reserve the right to change the conditions of this money back guarantee at any time.
2 year full warranty on components and mouldings (including tubes for the britebox)
Products are guaranteed for all parts for the term of 2 years (excluding tubes). If any of the parts, whether electrical or material, are found to be faulty within 2 years then Goldstaff Ltd are obliged to: a) Pick up the faulty product and replace with another, at no extra cost to the customer. b) Pick up the faulty product and refund the customer their money back, including delivery costs.
Replacement of a faulty product will be within 10 days of our notification by the purchaser of their faulty product.
Payment
All prices are in £ sterling for the UK, for orders outside the UK, costs will be based on the particular currency exchange rate at the time of purchase. Payment can be made by any method specified.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. Payments are conducted through SkyPay/HSBC secure servers unless otherwise stated.
VAT Exemption
Lightboxes are a medical product and if you are suffering from the symptoms of SAD and buying for domestic or personal use, you are entitled to sign the VAT exemption (or tick the box) and buy the product free of VAT.
Seasonal Affective Disorder is recognised by HM Customs and Excise to be a debilitating condition and as such if you have any of the symptoms, and you are buying the Lightbox for your own personal (or a member of your family's use) you are entitled to sign (tick) the VAT Exemption statement on the View Basket page. This is a self certification and you do not need your doctor to sign the form for you.
Please note that the DawnLite, Sunriser and Accessories are not VAT free.
Delivery
Delivery is to the UK and all EU member states. On delivery, an adult over 18 years old must sign for the package.
Goods are supplied subject to availability. In the event when the goods are likely to be delivered after 10 days, then you will be informed as soon as possible. If no product has arrived within 10 days then a full refund will be given on request.
Goods will be delivered to the address supplied to us at the time of purchase, if you are unable to take receipt of the goods at this time it is possible to re-arrange delivery. However, if you require re-delivery to an alternative address a supplementary charge of £10.00 will be required.

The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your PC, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC resulting from use of this website.
None of the above affects your statutory rights under UK law.
